- Pendidikan SMK / D3/S1 jurusan RPL, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Fullstack Developer
- Menguasai Angular (Frontend) dan Golang (Backend) sebagai stack utama
- Memahami konsep REST API, microservices, dan integrasi antar sistem
- Berpengalaman menggunakan database relasional dan/atau non-relasional (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, dll)
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang software architecture, performa aplikasi, dan keamanan
